Smoothie bowls have been taking over the internet as the new healthy breakfast aesthetic. With almost 1.5 million posts on Instagram with the hashtag #smoothiebowl, I thought I’d give it a try! This is my take on a berry breakfast smoothie bowl.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 an avocado
- Chia seeds
- Frozen mango
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender
- Pour into bowl
- Top with chia seeds and mango
